Undyed cream four ply Romney Cross Shetland regenerative yarn

These is a cake of Petiole base four ply Romney Cross Shetland Lamb First Clip Pure New Wool yarn. This single source yarn has been produced from a regenerative flock of native Romney cross Shetlands as first clip fleece. It has been blade shorn and completely traceable. It is a strong and bouncy yarn.

This is undyed and is a pretty cream colour with some variation.

I have tried to capture the colour of the yarn as accurately as possible. Please bear in mind that monitors vary and colours can be perceived differently.

Due to the nature of hand dyeing, the colours in each skein may be slightly different and no two skeins will be identical. As with any hand dyed wool, if using more than one skein then alternating skeins on every couple of rows will help to balance any slight differences.

I have rinsed the yarn until it runs clear. However, some dye may remain.
I recommend you soak your finished item in a gentle/pH neutral soap. Natural dyes can change or fade slightly as they age. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight and store in a dark place.
