Refund policy

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it. Please contact us as soon as possible - this must be within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the item has been returned, a refund will be issued.

Any items returned must be in their original and unused condition. 

Returns are not accepted for custom orders, clubs, advents, digital items, mystery bags or anything not returned in its original condition. 

Please note that postage will not be refunded, nor will you be reimbursed for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. Please obtain proof of postage for all returns. If your returned parcel does not arrive with me, it is your responsibility to seek compensation and a refund will not be issued.
