Natural BFL/Masham four ply yarn mini set

This is a four ply weight yarn mini set in my Calyx base. It consists of five 20g skeins totaling 100g. Blue Faced Leicester is a soft yarn and the Masham lends a depth and subtle marbling to the skeins. The two wools are combined in different proportions to produce an ombre set.

Calyx – Blue Faced Leicester Masham - 50% Blue Faced Leicester, 50% Masham.

Four ply 100g Skeins Approx. 450m

This gives a total of 100g in shades of brown/grey.

I have tried to capture the colour of the yarn as accurately as possible. Please bear in mind that monitors vary and colours can be perceived differently.

Due to the nature of hand dyeing, the colours in each skein may be slightly different and no two skeins will be identical. As with any hand dyed wool, if using more than one skein then alternating skeins on every couple of rows will help to balance any slight differences.

I have rinsed the yarn until it runs clear. However, some dye may remain.
I recommend you soak your finished item in a gentle/pH neutral soap. Natural dyes can change or fade slightly as they age. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight and store in a dark place.
